Beautiful and very clean place, loyal staff. You can see the sea from your window.

Friendly staff. Breakfast until 11 a.m. Great views of the sea, Albanian mainland etc. Upgrade on arrival.

Guidance through the associated bungalows to the beach poorly marked, the planes fly directly from Corfu airport via this complex. But did not bother, as there were very few per day

Professional hotel staff. Located in 5 miles from Old Fortress. Spiaggia Bianca is a few steps away from the venue.

Sea view is nice, room, pool.

I have little doubt if its 5 star, there was couple of things which where missing. 2 days in room where the same fruits from first day and some more things..

we thought the breakfast wast excellent. The staff very professional and helpful.. The common rooms very elegant and luxurious. the gym could be bigger

The elevator in the main building was malfunctioning a bit - and was otherwise too small and slow to handle all of the guests.

The beach is definitely the weakest point of the hotel. Not bad, but there are much better beaches on Corfu

Unfortunately the pools are the only things I can say are fabulous at this Hotel.

The bed in our room was really uncomfortable. The wasps and the mosquitos are a real problem here. You will need all the anti mozzie and wasp spray to prevent being attached beside the pool or at breakfast in the restaurant. The meals and drinks were really expensive. You can however find alternative restaurants within a 10 - 15 walking distance depending on which turn you make when you come out of the hotel.

The reception is very polite but unfortunately not fully qualify.

But we had a problem with our room, it was not enough dark in our room: when the sun rises at 6.30 we were awake, some rooms were situated next to the kitchen so we heard all the kitchennoise every early morning and evening. These are 2 major problems which do not belong in a 5 star resort at all. But after complaining they changed our room, we had something much better, partly because we are member of the privilege club of Grecotel. There are much better 5 star resorts of Grecotel (even 4 stars) than this one. Rooms or more 4 star and service 5 star. Breakfast was poor, if you compare it to the breakfast of Kos Imperial Grecotel! Drinks too expensive!
